Extract PDF Pages

Pick pages from a PDF by clicking thumbnails or typing ranges, and save them as a new PDF. The original file is not changed or uploaded.

Runs in your browser. Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

How to use the Extract PDF Pages

  1. Choose a PDF — page thumbnails appear.
  2. Click the pages you want, or type ranges like 1-3, 8.
  3. Select Extract pages to download a new PDF with just those pages.

When to extract pages

  • Sending only the relevant pages of a long statement or report
  • Pulling a single form or certificate out of a combined scan
  • Creating a handout from selected slides

What stays the same

Pages are copied exactly, including text, fonts, images and links — nothing is re-rendered. Your original file isn't changed. Everything happens in your browser, so confidential documents stay on your device.

To create several files at once, use Split PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the page order?

Pages are extracted in page-number order. To reorder, extract pages individually and combine them with Merge PDF.

Need several separate files?

Use Split PDF to create multiple files in one go.

Are my files uploaded?

No. This tool reads and processes files directly in your web browser. Nothing is sent to Expensico's servers, and the data is discarded when you close or reload the page.
